Our approach to PropLight RE Photo Planner privacy

PropLight is built to plan real estate photography without requiring an account or a custom cloud database. Your property plans, facade directions, schedules, checklists, and private access notes are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export them.

Information you provide in PropLight RE Photo Planner

The app may store addresses, coordinates, property names, facade orientation, shoot preferences, contact details, Wi-Fi details, and other notes you enter. This content remains in the app's local storage.

Lockbox codes are stored separately in the iOS Keychain with device-only, unlocked-device protection and are excluded from Calendar and PDF exports. A password-encrypted backup can include private briefs and lockbox codes so you can restore them; you choose the password and export destination.

Because access notes can be sensitive, protect your device and backup password, and remove notes when they are no longer needed.

Apple services used by PropLight: RE Photo Planner

PropLight may send a property location to Apple's MapKit and WeatherKit services to resolve addresses, calculate routes, and retrieve weather conditions.

If you export a schedule or open navigation, the relevant information is passed to Calendar or Maps at your direction. Apple processes that information under its own privacy policy.

Purchases for PropLight RE Photo Planner Pro

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple. PropLight uses RevenueCat to validate Pro status and restore purchases.

RevenueCat may process an app-scoped identifier and purchase status for that purpose; it does not receive your property briefs, backup contents, or lockbox notes from us.

Notifications and analytics in PropLight RE Photo Planner

Light-window alerts are scheduled locally after you grant notification permission.

The current release does not use advertising trackers and does not enable third-party usage analytics or crash telemetry. We may rely on Apple's aggregated App Analytics and diagnostic tools when you have chosen to share them with developers through your device settings.

This marketing site may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand page visits. It does not collect the property data you store inside the PropLight app.

Retention and deletion of PropLight RE Photo Planner data

You control locally stored plans and can delete them in the app. Deleting PropLight removes its local data, subject to normal device backups managed by you or Apple.

Encrypted backup files you exported remain wherever you saved them until you delete them. Purchase records remain with Apple as required for transaction history and restoration.

Children, changes, and contact

PropLight is a professional productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.
