Acceptance and eligibility for PropLight RE Photo Planner

By downloading or using PropLight, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the app in compliance with the laws, property-access rules, contracts, and professional obligations that apply to you.

Planning assistance—not a guarantee

PropLight RE Photo Planner estimates solar position, light windows, weather quality, travel times, and schedules from the information available to it.

Weather, traffic, terrain, buildings, vegetation, address accuracy, and device settings can change real-world results. Verify conditions, access permission, safety, and timing yourself before every shoot.

Your content and responsibilities in PropLight: RE Photo Planner

You retain ownership of addresses, briefs, schedules, and notes you enter. You are responsible for having permission to store and use this information, keeping access credentials confidential, and ensuring that imported or exported data is lawful and accurate.

Do not use PropLight RE Photo Planner to trespass, surveil people, or facilitate unlawful activity.

PropLight RE Photo Planner subscriptions

PropLight Pro is offered as an automatically renewing annual subscription and/or a one-time lifetime purchase, plus other plans shown in the App Store when available.

Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, renewing subscriptions continue automatically. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Apple's refund rules apply.

Availability and third-party services

Some PropLight: RE Photo Planner features depend on Apple services, network access, location coverage, or a supported operating system. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

Use of Apple Maps, WeatherKit, Calendar, the App Store, and other third-party services is also subject to their terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropLight RE Photo Planner is provided "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted service, forecast accuracy, route accuracy, fitness for a particular shoot, or non-infringement.

Code MXM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as PropLight: RE Photo Planner evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to hi@codemxm.com.
