Welcome to the PropLight website

Why we built proplight.codemxm.com for real estate photographers who plan shoots around sunlight, weather, and driving time.

Welcome to the PropLight website

Real estate photographers rarely lose a shoot because the camera failed. More often, the light moved, the clouds rolled in, or the third listing of the day needed the facade an hour earlier than the route allowed. PropLight exists to turn those variables into a plan you can actually follow.

What this site is for

This website is the home for PropLight: RE Photo Planner on the web. It explains how the app works, links to the App Store listing, and hosts the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service that the iOS app references.

If you are comparing tools, start on the homepage—you will see how PropLight combines facade-aware sun windows, a 10-day weather score, and MapKit drive times in one shoot-day workflow.

Built around a photographer’s day

PropLight is not a generic calendar with a sun icon pasted on top. The app is designed around questions working photographers already ask:

  • When does direct light hit the front, backyard, pool, or interior windows?
  • Which day has the cleanest sky for exteriors?
  • Can I reach the next stop before the facade window closes?

The guide section on the homepage walks through the same flow: import listings, mark what matters for the light, then optimize and export.

Privacy by design

Property briefs stay on your device. Lockbox codes live in the iOS Keychain and are intentionally excluded from Calendar and PDF exports. The current app release does not use advertising trackers or third-party usage analytics.

You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

Download and stay in touch

PropLight is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. The free tier lets you save one property and preview today’s best facade window—enough to see whether the planner fits your route before upgrading to Pro.
